Panhellenic Council Recruitment
The UCO Panhellenic Council is the governing body over the National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) sororities on the University of Central Oklahoma campus. They include: Alpha Delta Pi, Alpha Gamma Delta, Alpha Xi Delta, Delta Zeta and Sigma Kappa. To join, students may participate in Fall Formal Recruitment. Participating in recruitment provides an excellent opportunity to meet people and learn more about the Greek community but in no way requires you to join a chapter.
Formal Recruitment takes place over several days and is a mutual selection process. During the course of recruitment, potential new members meet chapter representatives from all of the Panhellenic organizations. Additionally, potential new members are able to learn about each organization, participate in activities with the chapter, and tour chapter houses. The week culminates with Bid Day, which is the day that the women will receive their official invitation to join one of the five NPC sororities.

Following formal recruitment, some chapters may seek additional new members until they reach the maximum size allowed for the year.
