In order to become a better leader, the rich diversity of today's society warrants the need for individuals to explore their own culture and the culture of those around them. During Diversity Leadership Institute, students will participate in practical skill building activities that will provide leaders with the tools needed to respond more effectively to the challenges and opportunities created by a diverse multicultural society.
