The TEASTM was developed to measure basic essential skills in the academic content area domains of Reading, Mathematics, Science, and English and Language Usage. These entry level skills were deemed important for nursing program applicants by a panel of nursing program curriculum experts.
The TEASTM is a 170-item, four-option, multiple-choice assessment. Students may take this exam a maximum of three times per year, and must wait two weeks between tests to retest. A list of available test dates will show when you begin the register online process.
