Proctored Exams (Non-UCO Students)
Proctoring services are provided to students from other universities who need to take an exam in a supervised setting. Arrangements must be made with the student's university to take an exam in this testing center. The student's university will contact the testing center with proctor forms. Once the testing center has sent back the required proctor forms, the student may pay the proctor fee and then call the testing center to make an appointment.
Proctored exams will not be administered during UCO's finals week.
The fee for the exam is nonrefundable and is payable online only. To register or see the price the exam, click on the "Register" tab.
After the fee has been paid, please call 405.974.2388 at least 24 business hours in advance to schedule an appointment.
Before calling, please have this information available: name of examinee, name of course, first choice of testing date and time, and the name of the institution or program sending the exam.
On the Day of the Exam:
The student must bring a photo ID.
No cell phones will be allowed. Purses and other items will be stored in a locker during testing.
