We offer time-limited individual, couples, and group counseling free of charge to currently enrolled UCO students. We offer counseling to students with a wide range of concerns. Some of the reasons students have sought counseling in the past include:

All counseling services are offered in a confidential setting and all staff members uphold strict professional standards protecting the privacy of all clients. When mental health issues warrant professional attention beyond that which the Student Counseling Center can reasonably provide, counselors will assist students with appropriate off-campus referrals.
