Students who wish to come to the Center for Counseling and Well-Being are encouraged to walk in during our walk-in hours of 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Thursday. If you are experiencing a crisis, please call or walk in anytime during our business hours and we will do our best to assist you (click here for a location map).
In addition to individual appointments, our center also offers various groups for our students. These group include topics like stress, eating, anger managment, trauma recovery, BQLTQ support and crisis just to name a few. Our counselors work to assure that students are assigned to groups that fit them well. Most groups generally consist of 4 - 8 students. While some groups last less than five weeks, some last for the duration of the semester. If you are interested in joining a group, you are welcome to just show up when the group starts. You don't need to make an appointment to attend. All attendees, in the group, are aware and respect the need for privacy and confidentiality. Please come by and see us!
