The University of Central Oklahoma (UCO) is committed to providing an affordable tuition to students and families from all over the world as you seek to finance your tertiary education at UCO. UCO recognizes and rewards student achievement by offering scholarships and awards on the basis of academic merit or talent in fine arts or athletics. Other awards are based upon financial need. Students may qualify for both merit-based and financial need awards.
In addition to affordable tuition at UCO, the cost of living in Edmond is very affordable or low compare to other major cities in America particularly those at the coast. Please be sure to learn by comparing the total cost of your tuition, cost of living, health insurance and others between UCO and other universities in America - even universities that are offering your partial scholarship.
On-campus employment availability at UCO also assists many of our international students to support their cost of living during their tenure here. International students may apply for on-campus jobs and work up to 20 hours per week after they arrive. Students may work in offices, the library, cafeterias, labs, tutoring, assist custodians in cleaning, parking attendants and many others. By working 20 hours per week, students can earn approximately US$600 per month. On-campus employment is not guaranteed.
As such, you are strongly encouraged to consider investing your future at UCO who offers you the best value for your investment!
You've worked hard; now we'll reward your accomplishments!
