University of Central Oklahoma continues to pride ourselves as an affordable option for your tertiary education. Many students says that UCO has not only given me the great education I need, but it makes their education affordable to their parents and sponsors. As a State university, our operating expenses are supported by the state government, your tuition and fees as well as donations from generous donor and alumni. Many prospective students questioned why we could maintain an affordable tuition and fees and our respond is always because the UCO administration strives to keep our operating expenses at a minimal cost while ensuring a higher education quality to all students.

 Students are charged fees and tuition based upon the number of credit hours awarded for each course, the course level, and residence status. Other special instruction fees may be assessed for some courses.

Fees and tuition at all institutions of higher education in Oklahoma are subject to change without notice. In the event the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education and the State Legislature approve an increase, students will be assessed the additional amount and be given the option of making payment or making a complete withdrawal.

All international students in F-1 or J-1 status are required by the United States Custom and Immigration Services (USCIS) to be enrolled full-time during Fall and Spring semesters (minimum of 12 credit hours for undergraduate students and 9 credit hours for graduate students). There is no enrollment required during the summer semester (except if you begin in the summer).
