The University of Applied Sciences Kufstein in Austria has over 1,200 students from 30 different nations. They have more than 150 international partner universities worldwide which translates into roughly 200 incoming international students hosted by FH Kufstein annually. What's more, with approximately 100 faculty members and employees as well as over 200 contracted lecturers the FH Kufstein plays a significant role in the regional economy.
With a broad spectrum of degree programs on offer, the university covers core themes in the fields of economics (e.g., International Business Studies), technology (e.g., Facility & Real Estate Management) and society (e.g., Sports, Culture & Event Management). The international faculty members apply modern didactic approaches to effectively convey the subject matter of their disciplines. Above and beyond that, kufstein's objective is to foster the necessary competencies in the students so that they not only establish themselves as knowledgeable experts but as earnest partners and employees who can take on the challenges of their chosen profession.
The FH Kufstein resides in a building that contains modern lecture rooms and study nooks, a library and a cafeteria. The campus is located on the green, generous park area that lies adjacent to the city center. There are also many recreational amenities, cool and exciting places to visit for leisure, as well as the nearby cultural centers and regional capital cities where students can visit to soak up the history and culture of Austria.
