To view the Real Media file, you must have the real player software installed. Get the latest version of RealOne at Real.com. You will be taken to the "www.real.com" home page. There, locate the "Get Real Player - Free" link, then follow the instructions.
To view the Window Media file, you must have the windows media player software installed. Get the latest version of Windows Media from Microsoft. You will be taken to the Microsoft Media Player page. There, select Downloads from the left side menu and follow the instructions.
