History and Geography Department
Welcome to the Department of History and Geography at the University of Central Oklahoma. The dedicated faculty, who are engaged in various research specialties, teach dynamic and transformative courses examining the human experience and exploring the past, present, and future.
We have four undergraduate Bachelor of Arts programs: Geography, History General, History Museum Studies, and History Education. In addition, we offer Master of Arts degrees in History General, History Museum Studies, and History Social Studies Teaching.
The department also provides other exciting opportunities to learn and have fun including student organizations, honor societies, internships, guest speakers, and study abroad courses.
