Grant Experience Program
The College of Liberal Arts Grant Program is currently postponed until the program guidelines are revised to reflect the mission and vision of the Grants Office.
However, the Grants Office is pleased to announce the Grant Experience (GEx) Program. The purpose of the GEx Program is to assist participating faculty in procuring an externally-funded grant. The appointment of a Grant Experience Scholar is for two years, during which time each Scholar must annually submit an external grant proposal. The program’s resources include the following:
- 6 hours of reassignment time during each academic year
- Up to $1,500 in support to attend one grant writing workshop and/or one proposal development trip
- Up to $2,000 annually to support an undergraduate research assistant
Application Deadline: May 24, 2013 for a two-year term beginning on August 19th.
