Travel Goes Paperless

On July 1, UCO changed over to a paperless module for travel. With this change, our office will no longer accept travel paperwork. You must complete the training before you will be able to complete any travel requests online. Please use the link below for online sessions to learn how to use the travel module.

Paperless Travel Training

Once you have completed your training you can use the following link to reach the Travel Module:

Travel & Expense Module

A couple of items you will need to know when you are preparing your online travel paperwork:

  • Org number – This will not be your default org.  You will need to obtain this from your Departmental Administrative Assistant.

  • Faculty Development Funds – Faculty Development Application - this form should be completed, scanned and attached to your travel file.

  • RCSA Funds – RCSA Application – Please note the directions on the bottom that this must be submitted to the RCSA office before submitting your travel request.  They will then send you a scan of your approved form to attach to your travel file.

  • Application to Be Away – Application to Be Away - this form should be completed and sent to the Dean’s office.  Once approved a scan will be sent to you to attach to your travel file.

Revised Faculty Handbook Available

A list of substantive changes from the previous edition are provided for quick review.

Suggestions for future edits or additions should be directed to Charlotte Simmons, Ph.D., facilitator of the Faculty Handbook Editorial Board, at cksimmons@uco.edu.

Sample Incident Report Template Released

As a faculty member, you may be required to respond to a student, visitor or a faculty or staff member in need of assistance. In case of such an incident, the College of Liberal Arts needs to be able to document the incident and what assistance was provided. If you encounter an incident, please submit an incident report to the Dean's Office. The Incident Report Template should help you provide all the necessary information.
