Virginia Ellis has worked with the UCO Foundation for more than ten
years, joining the team for then university President George Nigh’s
Campaign UCO in 1995. Today, she coordinates the many scholarships
available to UCO students through the Foundation. Prior to her work at
UCO, Virginia worked at home as a mom to her four sons, living in
several states before settling in Edmond in 1985.
Executive Director of Advancement Services and Annual Giving
Brenda Knott is the smiling face behind the thoughtful thank-you’s
and asks for support our Presidential Partners and other donors receive
throughout the year…along with the countless other duties that go into
implementing a successful annual campaign. But Brenda is used to
multi-tasking her way through large projects.
Brenda spent several years working in Hollywood, CA for Paramount
Pictures and Nickelodeon Studios in several capacities, including Set
Design, Props, Costume Design, and Associate Producer.
She got her start with the bronze and blue as a student at UCO,

Development Manager, College of Business Administration &
College of Education and Professional Studies
Most individuals would shy away from the challenge to serve as development manager for two colleges, let alone two colleges fairly new to the fundraising world. However, Judy Reyes-Henderson isn’t your typical development manager. Her drive and determination to get these two programs up and running is evident in her efficient and methodical approach.
Judy joined the development team after serving four years at the March of Dimes as the Oklahoma City WalkAmerica Director and Division Director of the Oklahoma Central Division of the March of Dimes where she was instrumental in their signature event WalkAmerica, now called March for Babies.
