* Appeal deadline for January: Friday, January 9th, 2009. 

* Bookstore Charging for Spring ends Friday, Jan. 23rd.

* It's here!  The new Broncho Spirit Card....Changing the way you receive financial aid refunds!  Students now have the choice of receiving refunds through 1) the Broncho Spirit Card (a debit Mastercard), 2) direct deposit into a bank account, or 3) receive a hard copy check in the mail.  When your card arrives in the mail, please go on-line as soon as possible to www.bronchospiritcard.com to activate your refund preference.  Students who select direct deposit will need to complete and mail in an ACH Transfer (direct deposit) form which is available on the Bronchospiritcard website.  (Students who have previously submitted a direct deposit to the Student Financial Services Cashier Counter will need to complete the new form).  Please note: Students who are scheduled to receive a refund but do not activate their refund preferences will receive a hard copy check in the mail approximately 21 days after the date the refund is scheduled.  

* FAFSAs for 2009/2010 are available on-line at www.fafsa.ed.gov.

* Short-Term Loan Process begins Jan. 5, 2009.
