Army ROTC Scholarships: 2, 3, & 4-year scholarships are available to students enrolled in the UCO Army ROTC program. Applicants must be US citizen; be between the ages of 17 & 26; have a minimum high school or college cumulative GPA of 2.50; be enrolled in the UCO Army ROTC program; meet physical standards & agree to accept a commission in the active or reserve component of the Army. Scholarship Benefits:
- Full Tuition and Fees
- $1200 per year for books and Supplies
- Living allowance valued at $16,000+ over four years
- Up to $65,000 repayment of federal student loans

ASCO Numatics Scholarship: Applicant must have completed their sophomore year in a bachelor’s degree program or in a graduate program, have at least a 3.2 GPA and be majoring in Engineering, Instrumentation, Systems, Electrical, Mechanical or Automation.
Association of American Indian Affairs: Scholarships are open to American Indian and Alaska Native students who are ¼ Indian blood or more and are enrolled members of their tribe.
Deadline: No aid available for 13-14. Check back in February for 14-15 school year
Barbara Rhomberg Excellence in Nursing Scholarship: One time $1000 scholarship and be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Enrolled in a fulltime undergraduate nursing program working toward an associate or bachelor’s degree
- Non-traditional student, defined as a student that did not immediately continue their education after high school (at least a 3-year gap between high school and enrollment in a college or university)

Black and Lee Scholarship: Available are two $500 scholarships. Requirements include: Be between the ages of 15 and 20 on May 15th, 2013. Be attending a post-secondary institution by the Fall of 2013

The CableTV.com Psychological Impact of TV Scholarship: Is open to current or prospective college students who are enrolled or are planning on enrolling in a college or university program. The scholarship can be applied to any accredited U.S. university. Essays will be no longer than 1000 words in length and will be judged by professional writers. The criteria by which the essays will be judged are:
-Originality and effectiveness of argument
-Depth of information

CEO of Tomorrow Scholarship: We are awarding a $2,500 scholarship to students interested in business leadership and/or entrepreneurship.

Charter One: Good Citizens Scholarship: What does being a good citizen mean to you? Have you demonstrated volunteerism, responsibility and leadership in your community? Do you plan to continue to make a difference during your college years and beyond? Tell us what you do and how much time you dedicate to helping others in your community and you could win one of 40 TruFit Good Citizen Scholarships with a total prize allocation of $50,000, there will be awarded (1) $5000 Grand Prize, (4) $2,500 Second Prizes, and (35) $1,000 Third Prizes.

Cheryl Marie Bauer Memorial Scholarship: Is offering two $1,500 scholarships for the upcoming 2013-14 school year to two students reminiscent of our twenty-one year old daughter, Cheryl Bauer, and her energetic, positive outlook on life. Cheryl, a UCO student, as well as a Putnam City High School and OSU/OKC graduate, died as a result of a random workplace accident in March 2011 in Oklahoma City. The scholarships are for one year. They are to be used towards college tuition & fees, and will be paid by the Fund directly to the school.

Chickasaw Nation Higher Education Grant: Applicant must have a 2.0 GPA or higher and be able to give proof of ancestry.
Deadline: Fall-September 1, Spring-February 1, Summer-June 15
Chickasaw Nation Foundation Scholarship: Applicant must have a 3.0 GPA, show proof of ancestry.
Deadline: Fall-September 1, Spring-February 1, Summer- June 15
Cimarron County Conservation District Scholarship: Applicant must be from Cimarron County, be of Junior or Senior status, and must be majoring in an agricultural field. This scholarship is worth $1,200 ($600/semester).
College of Liberal Arts Scholarships: The College of Liberal Arts offers a number of scholarship opportunities to students. While some scholarships are awarded to students by individual departments, there are several that are available to any student in the College of Liberal Arts.
Comanche Nation Higher Education Program: Applicant must be enrolled with the Comanche Tribal majoring in engineering and not funded by Tribal, PELL or other Federal Agency.
Deadline: Fall-June 1, Spring-October 1, Summer-April 1
DAZ 3D: $1000 scholarship. Applicants are to be those majoring in the fields of General, Art, 3D, Graphic Design, or related program fields.

Delaware Tribe of Western Oklahoma Higher Education Grant Program: Applicant must be certified Delaware tribal member and have financial need.
Deadline: Fall-June 1, Spring-November 1
Delta Theta Chi Sorority Scholarship: Female applicant must have high GPA majoring in Liberal Arts.
Deadline: March 1, annually
Derek Hughes/NAPSLO Educational Foundation: Applicant must be majoring in Actuarial Science, Business, Economics, Finance, Risk Management, or Statistics. Majors must be related to a career in insurance and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

DOMO: Two $2500 scholarships. Applicants are to be those majoring in the fields of General, Business, Business Management, Analytics.
Deadline: 2013-14 academic school year
Fern Brown Memorial Scholarship: This scholarship program was created to provide financial assistance for the education of students who have demonstrated above average aptitude for college and university work and who, in the absence of aid from this scholarship, might be unable financially to pursue a college or university education. Each senior college or university in Oklahoma may submit ONE applicant as their institution’s representative in the scholarship competition.
Folds of Honor Foundation: Provides post-secondary educational scholarships for children and spouses of military service men and women killed or disabled while serving our great nation.

General Electric LULAC Scholarship: Applicant must be an incoming sophomore or above with a GPA of 3.25 or above and be majoring in Engineering or Business. Student must be a minority.

Gilbraitti Scholarship: Available is one $500 scholarship. Must be attending a College or University in the Fall of 2013, Be between the ages of 16-20.

Giva Semi-Annual Student Scholarship and Worldwide Community Ambassador Award: Giva's Corporate Student Scholarship and Worldwide Community Ambassador Award is for anyone attending a college or university worldwide. This scholarship grant is aimed at assisting undergraduate or graduate students in furthering their education as well as expanding their social responsibility and community service footprint in the world. There is no specific course of study or major required.
Deadline: June 1st and December 1st (two award cycles each year)

Healthy Choices Scholarship: Available is one $500 scholarship. Requirements include: Be attending an accredited post-secondary institution by the fall of 2013. Be in a degree that is longer than 2 years and a U.S. or Canadian resident.

Institute of Hope Scholarship: This scholarship was developed to provide emergency funding to aid students who are caught in situations of prejudice, poverty or abuse. Applicants must be able to show financial need and be enrolled in a minimum of 6 hours. Students should be able to explain lack of access to traditional financial aid funding.
Deadline: One week prior to the start of each semester.
Institute for Humane Studies: Graduate and Undergraduate awards available. Student must be enrolled full-time. Also, the institute offers a scholarship specifically for Master of Fine Arts students seeking a degree in filmmaking, fiction or literary nonfiction writing, or playwriting.
Deadline: Varies by scholarship
Jaycee Foundation of Oklahoma, Inc.-Non-Traditional Student Scholarship: Applicant can be traditional or nontraditional student and must be 18 years of age or older, a U.S. citizen and a resident of Oklahoma.

JustHomeMedical.com Health Care Leaders Scholarship: We are awarding a $1,000 scholarship to students enrolled in a health/medical related program. Tell us your goals as a future health care professional in a short video. Entries will be judged on creativity and thoughtfulness.

League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC): Applicant must have a Hispanic/Latino background, completed 24 credit hours and have at least a 3.0 GPA.

Lift Parts Express Scholarship: Available is one $1000 scholarship. To be eligible, you must be a current senior in High School or a freshman or sophomore in College/University. Be a legal resident of the U.S. or Canada. Enrolled or expected to be enrolled by the Fall of 2013.

McNair Scholars Program: Scholarship program is designed to prepare students for careers as graduate students, professors or professional researchers. Must be full time student, with 42 hours or more completed, 3.0 GPA & first generation college student or student from an underrepresented ethnic group.
The Medical Professionals of Tomorrow: This $5000 scholarship is available to full-time college students who are pursuing a course of study in a medical field.

Mortgage Refinance Construction & Engineering Scholarship: $1000 Scholarship for applicants who are currently enrolled in an engineering, construction, or architecture related field and who are pursuing education in these respectable areas.

National Association of Hispanic Journalist: Applicant must be majoring in Broadcast, Print or Photo-Journalism and be a student member of NAHJ with a Hispanic background.

National Hispanic Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees: This scholarship is based on leadership and community involvement as well as financial need. Applicant must be of Hispanic background and be an undergraduate or graduate student.
Nursing Education Scholarship: TravelNursing.org offers scholarships for those who are applying to nursing or medical education programs or are currently pursuing education and employment in the fields of nursing and medicine. Every six months, one applicant will be selected to receive a $1,000 scholarship to help with the costs associated with attending medical or nursing school. Applicants must meet requirements as stated on application and should submit an essay between 500 and 1000 words discussing what they would like to accomplish in the medical field during their career. One Winner will be selected on February 10th, 2012 and another on August 10th, 2012.

OK-AHEAD: Scholarships are available for applicants with disabilities. The OK-AHEAD website lists its own scholarship as well as other disability scholarships.
Deadline: November 1 to March 1 for the subsequent academic year.
OK College Start: The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education administer several scholarships and grants to help you pay for college.

Scholars for Excellence in Child Care: Applicants must be a child care provider with an associates in child development/early childhood. Must work in a one-star plus or above OKDHS or tribal-licensed child care center, have a 2.0 GPA…other requirements must also be met.

Sedary & Associates Scholarship: Available is one $500 scholarship. To be eligible, you must be between the ages of 16-22 on the day of the application is due. Be enrolled in a college, university, trades, or technical school by no later than the Fall of 2013.

Streamline Refinance Scholarship for Finance & Economics: This $1000 scholarship is for students who are currently enrolled in finance, economics, or investment related fields and who are pursuing advanced education in these particular areas.

Talbots Women’s Scholarship Fund: Applicant must have completed high school or GED at least ten years ago and must have at least two full semesters remaining to complete their undergraduate degree.

University of Central Oklahoma Disability Waiver/Barlow Trust Scholarship: Eligible students must have a minimum 2.5 GPA, be an OK resident, have a documented disability, & must not be eligible to receive Vocational Rehabilitation.
U.S. Bank Scholarship: U.S Bank will be awarding forty $1,000 scholarships through random drawing process. Undergraduate students attending UCO are eligible to apply.

U.S. Department of Defense Education Activity: Applicant must be a wife, husband, dependent children of current or former military service men or women.
Youth Volunteer Scholarship Award: Available is one $500 scholarship. Requirements include: Student must have completed a minimum of 50 hours of volunteer work in the past 2 years and must have maintained a GPA of 3.5 or greater over the past 2 years. Must be under the age of 21 years of age.
