SPRING, SUMMER, and FALL Graduation Candidates:
All Spring, Summer and Fall Graduation Candidates must APPLY for graduation by completing the following steps:
___ 1. Complete Application for Graduation at http://broncho2.uco.edu/advisement/graduation.html
___ 2. Complete application down to the electronic signature area.
A. List complete major designation (include option if applicable).
B. Do not list a minor unless you have previously declared it with your advisor.
C. Enrollment: This must include the courses in which you are currently enrolled and planned courses for any future semesters, up to and including your graduation semester. In addition, include any additional course work you plan to utilize as part of your degree requirements, such as incompletes, Flex Ed, military service credit, and transfer credit not already recorded on your UCO transcript.
___3. Submit application electronically and print final confirmation page for your records. You do not need to see Degree Certification unless you have a question concerning your graduation.
___ 4. The graduation fee ($35.00) is charged to the student’s University account after the student’s application has been processed. Students must be charged a graduation fee and complete a new application form for every semester they apply. The graduation fee, along with all other outstanding balances, must be paid before the diploma will be released (paid in person, by mail, or by web payment options).
** AN ADDITIONAL LATE FEE OF $25.00 IS CHARGED TO THE STUDENT’S UNIVERSITY ACCOUNT WHEN THE APPLICATION IS TURNED IN AFTER THE APPROPRIATE SEMESTER’S PRIORITY DEADLINE**
___ 5. If you drop/add any courses after you have submitted your application, you must notify Degree Certification of the changes. Your graduation clearance is valid only for the courses listed on your graduation application.
