The Bronze Card

Basic Bronze Card

The Bronze Card is an official UCO ID card allowing you access to meal plans*, the Wellness Center, academic advising and Financial Aid, library privileges, and UCO Athletics events.

  • The Bronze Card for students and affiliates is $10 ($15 beginning July 1, 2014): This charge will be automatically applied to your university account when we produce your card. Students may receive a Bronze Card during an academic orientation event like Enrollment Central or Transfer Enrollment Days or by visiting Campus Card Services in the Office of First-Year Experience Programs located in 134 Nigh University Center.
  • The Bronze Card for faculty and staff is free: The card serves as employee identification. Replacement cards are also provided without charge. Employees may receive a basic Bronze Card at their scheduled session of new employee orientation or by visiting Campus Card Services in the Office of First-Year Experience Programs located in 134 Nigh University Center.

To get the Bronze Card, you must do the following:

  • Present a legal photo identification, including U.S. driver's license, passport, military identification or high school ID card, to verify who you are when the Bronze Card is created.
  • Fill out a card with your name, 8-digit UCO ID number and classification (student, faculty/staff or other). Afterward, we take your picture and produce the Bronze Card on the spot.

The process takes 3-5 minutes, and you will walk away with your new card. Campus Card Services is located in the Nigh University Center, room 134.
