Request a Personal Code
This form is only for students who have not yet activated a refund preference and that have not received a refund selection kit by mail. Your initial personal code was sent by mail in your refund selection kit shortly after you enrolled for the first time (it was in a bright green envelope). If you have already activated your refund preference and need to request a replacement Broncho Spirit Card please visit www.bankmobilevibe.com to report your card lost or stolen.
Requesting a “Personal Code” will prompt our office to generate a new personal code that will be emailed to you by BankMobile Disbursements. Upon receipt you may use your code at www.refundselection.com to select a refund preference.
We can only issue this personal code to your UCO email address or third party email on file with the university.
