Additional Requirements

• Students in the Reach Higher program are still required to meet all the state of Oklahoma bachelor's degree graduation requirements:

  • At least 124 total credit hours earned

  • 60 hours must come from a 4-year institution

  • 40 hours must be upper division courses (those beginning with the number 3 or 4)

  • 30 hours must be completed in residence at UCO (see advisor for exceptions)

  • All University Core requirements must also be met before graduation

• Prior Learning Assessment is credit at UCO through testing. Students may take CLEP, DANTES, or departmental exams to gain credit for applicable courses.
