The Title III Grant at UCO

Welcome to UCO's Title III Grant Program

In October 2000, the University of Central Oklahoma won a Title III, Part A: Strengthening Institutions grant from the U.S. Department of Education.

UCO’s Title III Grant supports the following activities:

• Faculty training in Technology to increase student success

• Retention/Intervention for Freshman students

• Supplemental Instruction

• Diversity training for faculty and students through multicultural education

• Development of new “Smart Classrooms” for teaching and learning

• Technology Skills workshops for faculty, staff and students

• Pilot projects implemented with faculty and students

Please visit the Title III facility located on the second floor of the Chambers Library on the Campus of the University of Central Oklahoma.  Our site is convenient to both students and faculty, and is at the center of the creative and learning activities on campus.
