UCO's Broadway Tonight Series Presents Neil Berg's "100 Years of Broadway"

The University of Central Oklahoma's Broadway Tonight series will present Neil Berg's widely acclaimed "100 Years of Broadway," a musical revue of Broadway's most celebrated shows, at 7:30 p.m., Sun., March 28 at Rose State Performing Arts Theatre."100 Years of Broadway" recreates the greatest moments from Broadway show favorites featuring the actual stars of favorite Broadway musicals.
"These are some of the most talented performers working today," Broadway Tonight Director Jon Finch said. "Neil Berg is brilliant in his revival of arrangements."
Along with pianist Bill Stanley, "100 Years of Broadway" will feature performers Andrea Rivette from Broadway's "Jekyll & Hyde," Carter Calvert from "It Ain't Nothin' But the Blues," and Grant Norman from "Beauty and the Beast."
Songs performed that evening will include: "Give My Regards to Broadway," "All That Jazz," "Some Enchanted Evening," "Think of Me," "Impossible Dream," "Over the Rainbow," "Old Man River," "Cabaret," and many more.
Berg's credits go back many years. He is the composer/lyricist of the hit Off-Broadway musical "The Prince and the Pauper," which ran for two years at the Lambs Theater in New York City.
He is currently the composer for the new Broadway-bound musical "Grumpy Old Men," based on the Warner Brothers movie classic.
