Scholarships

The college thanks all of our students for participating in the College of Education & Professional Studies scholarship awards process. The scholarship selection committees have met and completed their work. All students who applied were notified via their uco.edu email during the week of March 19th.

In recognition of their hard work and dedication, we would like to honor them and their achievements at the College of Education & Professional Studies Honors and Awards Banquet, Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. in the University of Central Oklahoma University Center Ballrooms. Light hor’ dourves will be served. Seating will be arranged by your academic major/department, please look for table signage indicating where you will need to sit. Students receiving scholarships must attend the banquet in order to receive their award. Students will be notified at that time of the amount of the scholarship award.

Family are welcome to attend the awards banquet, however, seating is limited, so please be respectful of others that will need to attend. If you are a student scholarship winner listed here, we ask that you RSVP to Ms. Karrie Terrell, via email at kjterrell@uco.edu or at (405) 974-5102, or by coming to the CEPS Dean’s Office EDU213 no later than April 4, 2012 with both your name and the name of your guest.

If required, please write a thank you note addressed to the donor outlined in your email notification and return them to Ms. Karrie Terrell in the CEPS Dean’s office EDU213 by April 27, 2012, to ensure completion of the scholarship process or the award will be forfeited.

Again, congratulations to these students on having been designated to receive these scholarships from the College of Education & Professional Studies. Should you have questions, please contact our development manager, Judy Reyes-Henderson @ jreyeshenderson@uco.edu.
