Ongoing strategic planning and assessment activities are conducted in order to make needed changes and improvements to programs and services for students. The sections that follow provide recent examples activities related to planning and assessment.
Planning – Faculty, staff, and leaders within the college work at the department and unit level to identify areas of needed improvement and priorities for allocating resources. These plans are then brought together into a college planning document that is then taken to the Provost’s Cabinet level where recommendations are finalized for college and academic priorities.
