The College of Education and Professional Studies Curriculum & Instruction department is hosting "Johnnie’s Night" fundraisers every third Tuesday of the month to benefit the Dr. Mari Scott Endowed Scholarship in Curriculum & Instruction. Diners can eat at any of the six OKC and Edmond area Johnnie’s locations anytime of the day from open to close and mention UCO or the name of the scholarship and the college will earn up to 20% of sales on those days.
