We are proud to offer a wide variety of professional development courses to our faculty, staff and students.  The courses have been thoughtfully planned to embody the holistic spirit of transformative learning and prepare our workforce for the future. 

Advantage Courses

This year you will find a section of courses titled Professional Education: Advantage Courses that have been identified as providing our employees with a significant advantage and are highly recommended for success at UCO.

You will also find the Professional Education: Electives for this year have been focused on supporting the success that is realized through the Advantage Courses as well as feeding the interest of any employee looking to expand their personal knowledge on a particular topic.

Knowledge Sets

These course groupings have been taken from both the Advantage Courses and the Elective Courses to provide direction for employees looking to build their knowledge and understanding in a particular area of professional education.

Registration

An employee can register for any of the individual courses, the Advantage Courses as a track or the Knowledge Sets as a track.  These listings are available inside the Learning Center for you to add to your enrollments with ease!
