ProCard Security
Lost or Stolen Card: Cardholders should immediately report lost, misplaced or stolen cards directly to: JPMorgan Chase Customer Service at 1-800-316-6056.
Safety Online: JPMorgan Chase does not request or send sensitive information - such as account numbers or passwords - in an unsecured email, or by directing you to an unsecured website. Do not respond to suspect emails or phone calls. Instead, immediately contact the bank by calling the number on the back of your card.
To protect your card information while shopping online, shop only at secured stores whose addresses begin with https.
ProCard Administration
The UCO purchasing card (ProCard) is a JPMorgan Chase MasterCard and is the preferred method for purchasing non-capital University supplies which cost $1,500 or less. The ProCard provides a means of quickly and easily purchasing small-dollar items. ProCard accounts are available to faculty and staff in all campus departments when approved by the appropriate organization financial manager.

Review budgets and plan to make ProCard restricted or larger dollar purchases by requisition before the established deadlines. ProCard restricted item purchases are not allowable simply because a requisition deadline is missed. However, the ProCard continues to be the most efficient, best solution for allowable purchases of $1,500 or less.

About the Transition to PaymentNet 4:
Here's a login tip we've gained from the first few days in PaymentNet 4: Questions? Questions may be directed by email to cguthrie@uco.edu. Technical assistance is also now available by calling the number on the back of your card for J.P. Morgan Customer Service: 800-316-6056. Outside US & Canada: 847-488-3748.
Designated cardholders may now make hotel transactions with their ProCard.
Using this method, the payment information takes care of the reservation through payment completion. Travel documentation will show a ProCard direct pay. Travelers, however, should be prepared to provide a personal credit card at the time of hotel check-in to cover incidentals. Note, the same travel request and other requirements still apply, and any expense in excess of conference or CONUS rates will require traveler reimbursement. Registration for training is found in the UCO Learning Center or contact Dana Stout at dstout@uco.edu.
