The Salary and Benefits Calculator can help determine employee benefit costs to the employer. Oklahoma Teachers Retirement (OTRS) is part of the formula, but if an employee opts to not enroll in OTRS that expense will not be imposed on the employer. This calculator should only be used for full-time employees working 30 hours per week or more. This calculation is an estimate based on actual salary per individual. For budget purposes, 31.5% is the projected annual budget cost per department.
