Student Family Housing

UCO Housing and Dining now offers Student Family Housing. All homes are walking distance to UCO and are rented on a one year contract.  UCO Housing and Dining maintains landscaping, maintenance and updating.

Qualifications

To qualify for Married & Family Housing you must:

1.  Be married and one resident must be a UCO student or;

2.  Two individuals who have a child together and one resident must be a UCO student.

All Married & Family Housing is currently full at this time.  Please check with Housing & Dining to get your name on the waiting list.
