Central Plaza, located on Second Street and Bauman, is a renovated eight-story hotel which serves as a co-ed housing facility and offers its residents many amenities not found in a conventional residence hall. All of our rooms have private bathrooms and are fully furnished with movable furniture that can be arranged in numerous ways in order to maximize your space. Most of the rooms are furnished with queen-sized beds, however we also offer a limited number of king-sized suites. The building, which is accessible for those with special needs, also features a keyless lock system, high speed Wi-Fi, a fitness room, study room, billiard tables, a flat screen TV in the lobby, a 24-hour front desk and much more. Check out Central Plaza's floor plan and amenities by clicking here.
Please note: If your room ends in a 19 (ex. 119, 219, etc.) your room will feature King-size beds.
Central Plaza has two dining facilities in which residents may use their meal plans. Central Cafe and Deli & Central Plaza Deli is located adjacent to the lobby and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Students have the option of enjoying a nutritious buffet style dining experience or ordering from the Hot off the Grill menu.
The cafe and deli serve Outtakes, Quick Cuisine, Seattle's Best Coffee and live entertainment.
