GOOD TO KNOW

If you do not receive your mailbox assignment and key at check in, you may come to the Broncho Stamp-n-Post located on the 1st floor in the Nigh University Center.  Using a friend's address (mailbox) will result in your mail being rejected and directed back to the sender.

Springtime at the Commons

If you are under contract to reside in one of our university housing areas, you are eligible for mail services.  A UCO postal carrier will deliver your mail to your own private mailbox.  At room check in, you should receive your mailbox key and address information at the same time you pick up your room key.  The actual location of your mailbox will be found at the bottom of your address information ticket.

Student mail is delivered once daily Monday - Friday, except on USPS and University Holidays.

Packages are received at UCO throughout the day. Even if your shipping carrier (ie. UPS, FedEx) says your package has been delivered, it might not have made it to our facility or be scanned in yet. Please wait for an notification to your UCO E-mail that your package is ready for pick up.

Murdaugh Hall and West Hall

Students residing in Murdaugh or West Hall will locate their mailboxes on the first floor of the Nigh University Center at the Broncho Stamp-N-Post.

All packages that are too large to fit in your mail box will be scanned in and a notification will be sent to your UCO E-mail, or a notice will be placed in your mailbox. You will need to pick your package up at the Broncho Stamp-N-Post window, room 143, between 8:30am - 4:30pm.

Your Student ID will be REQUIRED to pick up your package.

University Commons and University Suites

Students residing in the Commons will locate their mailboxes outside their dorms on Circle Drive.

Students residing in the Suites will locate their mailboxes on the first floor of the Suites, by the elevators.

All packages that are too large to fit in your mail box will be scanned in and a notification will be sent to your UCO E-mail, or a notice will be placed in your mailbox. You will need to pick your package up at the Campus Mail Services window in the Nigh University Center, room 152, between 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Your Student ID will be REQUIRED to pick up your package.
