Q. What happens if the address on my incoming mail is wrong or incomplete?
A. Such mail is checked against our roster of mailbox holders. If we have that boxholder listed on our database, we will deliver it to the mailbox the holder is assigned to. If we cannot find the person on our database, the piece of mail will have to be returned to the sender.
Q. What time of day is the mail distributed to my box?
A. Normal circumstances will provide you with a mail delivery by 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Q. What happens if I lose my mailbox key?
A. Check at the Broncho Stamp-N-Post to see if we have a duplicate of your key. If so, we will give it to you. If no duplicate is available, we will have a key made for you which usually can be done in 1 or 2 days. There is a $10.00 nonrefundable replacement key charge.
Q. What happens to my mail when I move out of student housing?
A. When you move out of student housing or from one housing complex to another, you will need to take your key to the Broncho Stamp-N-Post window, turn it in and fill out a change of address form. If you are moving between housing complexes, you will be assigned a new box number nearer to the unit to which you have moved.
Q. Where can I deposit my outgoing mail?
A. There are four areas to deposit your mail on the UCO campus. They are located at the Broncho Stamp-N-Post-NUC Room 143; Campus Mail Services-NUC Room 152; at the University Suites, 1st floor near their mailbox sections and in Central Plaza, 1st floor near their mailbox sections.
