Eligibility

• Attend one of our target schools Capitol Hill High School, Crooked Oak High School or Star Spencer High School. 

• Meet low-income guidelines as determined by the U.S. Department of Education.

• Will be a First-generation graduate (neither father nor mother has graduated from a 4-year university).

• Completed the 8th grade and is at least 14 years old.

• Not entered the 12th grade.

• 2.7 GPA or higher.

• Academic need.

APPLICATION PROCESS

Applications are accepted  year round. If space is not available applicants are placed on a waiting list until there is an opening. Graduating 8th graders who will be attending any of the target schools the upcoming year are eligible to apply during the month of March.
