2. Submit a Laptop Loan Agreement and Request form.

Research Conference Financial Assistance Procedures:

1. Read the Individual Travel Policy.
2. Complete a Budget Proposal
3. Secure a copy of the conference agenda which includes location, dates, and detailed itinerary of conference events.
4. Secure a copy of the registration form which includes registration cost and procedures.
5. Submit items 2-4 to the McNair Scholars Coordinator.
