The University of Central Oklahoma continues to build its infrastructure to ensure faculty and staff interested in applying for external funding opportunities have the support needed to develop and submit competitive proposals. The Office of Research & Grants (OR&G) encourages faculty and staff to contact their respective grant facilitator or liaison as soon as possible, as planning is the most important step in the process to produce a competitive grant proposal.
Grant facilitators will help the PI/PD search and identify grant opportunities, will answer questions about the proposal guidelines, and will help navigate UCO’s submission procedures. The liaisons will serve as the point of contact between the OR&G staff and the PI/PD and will facilitate meetings to ensure the individual receives guidance throughout the development and submission process.
