Pyramid Reports

We have recently changed the way our enrollment/other reports are accessed; this page provides you with the resources necessary to view and retrieve reports. To view and create reports you MUST have access to the Pyramid reporting system. If you do not have access to Pyramid please complete the top section of the Employee Security Access Form. In "reason for request" indicate that you would like access to Pyramid and explain why. Secure your supervisor's signature at the bottom of the form and send the completed form to Cindy Boling (box 138) for the next level supervisor signature. You will not be granted access without this signature. IR will forward the form to IT.

Pyramid reports are to be used only within the UCO unit for which permission is granted. Data needed for University or outside use should come through the Office of Institutional Research. Noncompliance may result in termination of access privileges.

Access to Pyramid is granted at the lowest level (consumer level: able to create, modify, and save reports to personal folder). Access to the next level (analyst level: able to create, modify, and save reports for personal and group use) may be granted upon proof of need. Students will not be granted Pyramid access under any circumstances.
