Accreditation for the Exercise Sciences

Majors in Kinesiology are accredited by the Committee on Accreditation for the Exercise Sciences, part of the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs.  The accreditation is renewed every year.  As part of the accreditation, the department must collect data regarding student performance and satisfaction of program, as well as information from faculty, alumni, and employers.

The Office of Assessment has developed a toolkit for this accreditation making note of direct and indirect measures appropriate for the standards and guidelines of the accreditation.
