Office of Institutional Effectiveness (OIE)

The Office of Institutional Effectiveness supports the university mission of helping students learn by coordinating annual operational planning and long term strategic planning for all academic units and programs, by supporting the university's accreditation through the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association, by coordinating all academic specialized accreditations, and by promoting and managing university-wide continuous improvement efforts. Both the Office of Institutional Research, which manages institutional data and reporting, and the Office of Institutional Assessment, which manages academic and institutional assessments, are housed within Institutional Effectiveness.
